By creating an account or using DigiMedal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
DigiMedal is an iOS app and web app that helps runners catalogue race medals, track personal records, and import runs from third-party providers. Some features require an active Pro subscription.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use DigiMedal.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you don’t own or have rights to share, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.
- Use the service to harass others or share another person’s data without their permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions and billing
- DigiMedal Pro is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store: $1.99 / month or $19.99 / year (USD). The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Free trials end automatically; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the regular price for the next period.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Submit refund requests through reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change subscription pricing in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.
Your content
You retain ownership of the medal photos, race-day photos, bib photos, and notes you upload. You grant DigiMedal a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (storage, AI digitisation, share cards, sync). You can delete your content from the app at any time.
Third-party services
DigiMedal integrates with Apple HealthKit, Apple In-App Purchases, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, AthLinks, Strava, Mapbox, Anthropic Claude, Supabase, and Vercel. Use of these integrations is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Disclaimers
DigiMedal is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI digitisation will be accurate. Always verify race data before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiMedal’s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using DigiMedal and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@silicondevs.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
